In the past, I have no problems with the service or the product. The (12 pack) Purina Friskies Extra Chunky Gravy, Soft Chicken, Wet Cat Food, 5.5 oz Cans that I ordered were not available. I chose to 'not' have any substitutions. But in my order was one heavily damaged can that is unsafe to use and I was billed for it. Mistakes happen but .....

This is my cats favorite. Mainly she eats the gravy, but another cat comes along and actually eats the food.

My cat likes extra gravy, When I serve it to her, she meows and looks at me, as if to say "not this again" and walks away. She eats a little through out the day when she gets really, really hungry. Feel bad as I bought this big box full, she will have to suffer through it.....

LITERALLY, my wonderful cat...DEX, will NOT eat any other brand!! He Loves FRISKIES Canned Cat Food! We have tried many other cheaper brands, he either smells the bowl or he sees the can and walks away from it!!!

cat food was loose in a box and every can was dented, it's like they grabbed all the cans they were going to throw away and tossed in a box and sent to me. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN. SO WRONG

left outside on the stairs, instead of inside the front porch like i asked and it would have been secure until i got to it. also missing a can of cat food (ordered/billed for 24 but received 23). received a refund no problem.

Plenty of gravy which cat enjoys, so he gets needed fluids. Sometimes though the chunked solids get a little larger than needed, but overall, he likes it better than previous wet food I fed him, although I do use it for a change once in a while still,

My cat was eating Friskies and was loving it (all friskies products), now she gags looking or smelling it and either pours it out, covers it up and refuses to eat it. I do not know what is different about it but will not be buying Fridkies ever again
