The kitties love the scratcher, even my older ones still play with the ball that is around the edge. The scratcher pad is tightly wound together and lasts around 2 months (I have a lot of cats). The product is actually 5-stars, when purchased in store. It hasn't been in stock so I ordered online. I got a notification saying it was delivered earlier that day, nope! It says to wait 1-2 business days before filing claim, next day I received notification of refund. I did not file. The refund did come through and I ordered a five pack from Amazon at less than the two pack price. In the end it all worked out, but strangely. It's not the first time something like this has happened with Walmart shipping.

It's the best at keeping those little claws out of my furniture! When this gets used up she claws at the rug therefore I know it's time for a new one or turn it over!

Took me approximately 3to4 weeks to get this item. i kept getting messages stating that it would be here on a certain date.That it never showed up finally.I got it last week as you know.And the pricing is not as good as it should be because usually there are three in a pack and they were in about fifteen dollars

Walmart is the ONLY place I can get this item. It is fairly priced and so simple to order it, and receive it. Thank you Walmart for being so convenient!!

My 9-year-old cat loves this toy. She destroyed the first pad in about 3 months but replacements are so reasonable I don't mind. Perhaps if I clipped her front nails more often she wouldn't shred it so quickly.

It was horrible sorry. My cat was not interested at it at all she kept ignoring it and I thought the whole piece from the photo, was with it but no it wasn't I would have returned it if I could. Oh and as for the refund that would be nice too because I wasted my money and I can't get it back so :/ but don't buy if you expect to get the same thing as me. Rating: -1.1/10

They are great for helping your cats keep their claws off your furniture. I have placed several of these cardboard scratching boards around their area and they instinctively go over every time to scratch.

I bought this as a scratcher for my cat and she loved it so much she tore it apart (with help from her siblings.) after 2 days of playing. She stopped sharpening her claws on the furniture because she had her play scratchie. Best thing it keeps kitties busy, bad thing once it's torn apart its messy. all %26 all a great purchase

This cat round scratcher sits in the round tube and it is very strong. My cat has long claws because he goes outside sometimes. He uses this product a lot. I have about 4 of these laying around for him to use so he won't use my furniture. They work very well and its a great product!

I had the turbo scratcher for years with no issues until the center pad got too scratched up and I found out they sell replacement pads, super great you're thinking. That is until the replacement pad fell apart in less than 2 months. When I reached out to customer service I was told in laymen terms too bad so sad just keep buying new ones. Now if the original pad lasted for years, at least 3-4, you would think a replacement pad would at least go for more than 6 months, NOPE! And based on the response from their agent they just do not care. Save your money, go with another company who actually listens to feedback or at minimum asks for photos of what the issue is in detail.
