I tried to purchase five very important to me totes, with lids it didn't work out again regardless of who filled the order it still was received with only one tote with the correct lid, that's sad! I can get a refund but I still need those lids! aren't you going to have extra lids now or maybe that's the goal

I do not think it is really an issue with the product but none of my 4 cats will eat it. I have two inside and two strays at work and the food will be left the next day when I go to check on them.

We have 2 cats who love 9 Lives wet food. There are 4 varieties in the 36 can package, so they get a new taste every day. And they gobble it up. i give them 1/4 can each at breakfast and 1/4 can each at supper. They also get measured crunchy food at noon and 10:00 pm.

The only reason I bought 9-lives, Walmart was out of Meow Mix.. I know times are expensive and you try to cut ways to make your loss. There was more gravy than usual that when I opened the can, gravy juice spattered in my face. The juice was so much you could not see the food. You raise the price plus shorten the product. Shame on you!

Case was crushed on one end. Damaged at least 6 cans and they are unable to be used, completely disfigured and could not be opened. I am disappointed because it is obvious hey were damaged BEFORE being packed into outer shipping box. That should be addressed at warehouse level. 2 flavors are pate, and 2 are chunky bits with a little gravy. My cats tell me there should be MORE gravy. My oldest, Dora (who is the equivalent of 92 years old), likes the pate slightly warmed up in the microwave. It loosens it up and makes it easier to eat. As usual, pet food deliveries or in store purchase have been sorely abused and often results in compromised can of food that have to be disposed of, leaving the pets short of food for the week. I'm old enough to remember Mr. Walton's original intent and this is not it.
