I opened the bag from the top. But the bag was and has been spilling cat food everyday because the bottom seam that SHOULD BE SEALED, has been open. Not sure if it tire lose when the young man tossed it into the cargo area of my vehicle. I've had to sweep cat food everyday.

If you have picky cats, these are good for alternative to the normal routine. My cats like them as an occasional meal but not as the majority of their diet. I can get away with maybe two days in a row, but after that they ain't eating it. I give it to them once or twice a week tops.

I switched to this food over a decade ago when my indoor cats were getting UTIs. I had 7 rescue cats and the expensive brands labeled for urinary protection were out of my budget. I was so happy to find an affordable alternative that is equally effective. added to that, my cats love the taste. I very much recommend 9Lives Plus Care cat food.

Well I can honestly say I have never tasted this food. I can say the cat loves it and wakes me up at 6:00 A.M. every morning for her breakfast. Having said that I would assume its a great meal. our kitty, Mermy, used to get very frequent UTIs and the vet recommended we switch food for him. The vet food was very expensive so we decided to use this food instead for all our 4 kitties. Mermy has not developed new UTIs since we switched their food to this one. I highly recommend it. All of our kitties love it.

Bought to hopefully help with urinary issues. Some are eating it okay %26 others not so much. Time will tell if it helps at all. Would feel better if it didn't contain colors as cats couldn't care less since they eat by smell, not sight. The manufacturer could save 2cents by omitting the colors too. Although I'd pay a bit more if it had better ingredients %26 no colors added.

I wish more people knew about this cat food. It is REQUIRED for some of my neutered male cats. Sometimes male cats need this special food after their surgery to prevent urine crystal build up. Any other food, and they get urine crystals that can require vet visits. Plus, all my cats love it. Even the females that don't need it.
