one day after I put it together some of the poles became loose. could not screw them back in because the bolt inside these poles had become loose so there was nothing to screw it back into so ended up having to prop up two of the shelves with wood. What a disappointment.

Looked nice but wasn't very sturdy. My cat hated it. The only way I could get her to get on it was to put treats on it. She climbed it, ate the treats and then ignored it unless we put more treats back on it. We ended up giving it to our son and his girlfriend l. Their cats love it.

The design could be better. It's awkward for the cat to get into the large cabin on the middle tier. Even with the pedestal removed it's not easy. Otherwise, he likes it very much. It's tall enough for him to look out the basement windows. Easy to assemble. We put weights on the bottom platform to stabilize it.

Overall, I think this is a great product for the price I paid. My rambunctious kitten had one of the platforms unscrewed by the end of the first week.
