I only wish that my two rather picky cats would eat the pate with the same consistency that they do the chowder. It seems that no matter what I do they will eat about 1/3 to 1/2 of whatever I dish up for them before walking away for awhile. My cat and I disagree. He thinks its wonderful, but to me, it looks like cloudy kitty gelatin instead of pate. If your cat has no teeth, this might be a good choice, but I prefer a pate with more meat and less jiggle. I gave it a try because PJ loves their treats, which I approve of. I suggest you try them for youself.

This must not be like the Churu treats themselves. I have a kitty who will only eat the treats and his dry food. Was trying to wean him off that idea. No such luck. The outside kitties however, loved the stuff!

Not one of my cats liked it. They smelled it then walked away. One of them smelled it then tried to cover it. As it is with four black cats I rescued as kittens from the street and two dogs it gets expensive. Waste of money.

my senior cat has kidney failure, and he will not eat his regular wet cat food anymore. the vet recommended Inaba Churro products as the ailing cats in her care like them. She said it is like " Kitty Crack". Now it is the only food my cat likes to eat.

Although the homeless feral cats i feed would eat this churu pate, my indoor cats would only lick the juice and leave the rest. Don't think it's a texture issue as indoor kitties prefer pate style with their wet food and they LOVE Churu in the tube.

My usual cat food is Friskies Pate, which now comes with extra gravy. BUT I tried other cat foods searching for different things to feed my cats so that it's not the same thing every day. My cats are 11 years old now, but mine usually live till 20. I know my cats well. My cats love the Churu products. These little tubs seems to have the same product but it has a thickener added that makes it rubbery textured. It's hard to chop up it's so rubbery. My cats try to eat it but they leave a lot where they don't leave any of the other Churu products behind.

I needed this food for my cat who has been ill. Wal-Mart was the only place I could find it!
