the only problem i had was once i had it put together you have to turn it over because the net goes on from the bottom to the top i really wish id have know that so i couldve built it in the net it was very hard filping it over in the little area i built it in. i do wish it had a couple more things or at least something that they could use to climb up to the sleep area

My cats love it, everyone complains about putting it together. Honestly it wasn't that hard if you take your time and refer to the picture. Part of it doesn't have extra plastic tubes so that you have opening for the door or entrance . I did move the boxes around so my extra fat cat could climb and sit without struggling.
