We have two cats, the boy cat kept peeing on my son's bed, every few weeks. We kept adding litter boxes, this one was our fourth. This cat is so funny about it, he just doesn't like to pee in a dirty litter box. We put this in my son's closet and since then we've had no incidents. Haters aside, I can't even begin to relate to the critical comments about this item. I set it up in 15 minutes, my 13-year-old Ragdoll cat began using it almost immediately, when he's done the rake, then automatically moves the waste into a disposal bin, and it just plain works. Flawlessly.

it doesnt eork if not plugged in and it stopped working unless i pushed the button changed litter even tho it was cleaned made sure it was aligned properly and sensors are clean and the container was empty it barely touched the surface of the litter

The Walmart delivery was excellent. The delivery man brought the boxes inside my house. I am extremely disappointed in the litter boxes. Most of the parts were plastic and flimsy. And the sand was not enough to even cover one box. I paid over $100 each and do not feel that they were worth the amount paid. I am 86 years old and wanted to not to have to scoop litter. Save your money or be prepared to buy a new one in 4 short months 🙄 it just quit working with no issues up until it died… there is no reset button.. the light still blinks when the cat gets in, but nothing moves at all.. not a noise of it even trying… It's now a very expensive litter box….

the price of the replacement trays and the individual bags of crystals either one that you have to use in it would bankrupt you trying to use it, the machine itself I have no complaints from my short use because I have initiated a refund on it due to replacement trays outrageous costs.

I purchased this product because I found myself cleaning our two litter boxes multiple times a day. We have two adult cats and one is very finicky. The product itself doesn't really clean as well as the description. Too much cat **** remains in the box and all the litter is piling to one side leaving open spaces without litter in the box. I have to even out the litter often. It does not smell which is excellent. and the price was half that of Amazon or the product website.
