the problem isn't the gravy, it's great stuff my cats love it. first time I ordered got the bulk pack. second time I ordered I got one single gravy packet, the replacement for that two times was also one gravy packet I don't feel like mailing the package back it would require about twenty miles of driving for me, not worth my time. never got around to doing the refunds. I will not order again...

by the time they got to me, 5 pouches had been opened due to the heat in the delivery vehicle. It was brought in immediately %26 I washed off the other 7 pouches.

My cats love this. Its the only time that they seem to act like the cats in the commercials.

This formula has changed and my cats DO NOT like it! I noticed when I opened the packet it smelled heavily of a smoked flavor. Just beware if you used this in the past your cat may not like it. They messed up changing this. I won't be getting the other flavors now because they're probably different also.

Cat doesn't care for them

My cat doesn't like canned cat food, but she loves the juice %26 these packs of soup are perfect for her, she will eat the entire pack %26 she loves the salmon flavor.

My kittens didn't like it

Must have changed the formula - my cats used to go crazy for this stuff and now they won't ouch it. Waste of money
