I started purchasing this after listening to experts on cat behavior. Specically, I was looking at cat avoidance of litter boxes. This one is made scent free, and with a grain size and texture closer to sand than large lumpy clay. I tend to clean and change it more frequently, which also has been beneficial to my cat and our household.

This is a good quality litter. Everything it's advertised for; clumping, no fragrance and lightweight. The heavy duty bucket has a large ecological footprint. Having said that you can use it for all kinds of things around the house. We actually put our daily trash, recycling and compost in them. Easy to rinse out so you don't need a bag.

It is iso very dusty, when I poured it into litter box, dusty powder exuded -flew into the air and it got my eyes, and a breath full of dust and had to walk away so I could breathe and rinse my eyes. I will be calling Purina to file a complaint. Its not safe for people and cats that have asthma.

I continue to buy this litter because it's a good product, but there's no way I could ever open it myself and even the younger and stronger people who help me have a rough time and need to use scissors. If I didn't have people to help me, I couldn't possibly open it. Why? Is it really necessary to make the container that difficult to open?

Has unpleasant smell that sticks to everything around the box including the cat. It also has white bits that somehow make it 25 or 30 feet from the box. I do like that its a lot lighter and doesnt smell like cat pee for like twice as long but it getting tracked all through the house just a couple hours after cleaning is a dealbreaker for us.

… but it is an utter let down across every other dimension. As space is limited, I will treat here what I consider the most significant disappointment: dust. In less than 72 hrs and during regular scooping, you will kick up clouds of dust so thick they completely obscure the litter box that is exactly one arms-length away from you, requiring you to wait for said clouds to “die down” so you can fin...

This may say it is low dust but it definitely is NOT. It tracks worse than any cat litter I have ever used and every surface of my house except my kitchen counter is covered in the dust that sticks to my cats it’s disgusting. It does clump well but plenty of litters do that. Never again.

It's very light, which is great for me because I'm old and have arthritis, so lifting heavy things has become an issue. It has very good odor control. The only thing I hate is that it's so light that it tracks terribly! It's all over the place and it's so bad it may keep me from purchasing it again.

The light on my air purifier turns red when I clean the litter box. The dust that this litter emits is frightening and my kitty’s sneeze when they use it. I will not purchase this again. Being light weight is nice but not when it could be a serious hazard.

I have had many sphynx cats thru the years... I have wasted so much money on cat litter (trial %26 error) Scented ones are the worst it's like pouring french perfume into cat urine, So I learned to try the unscented... nothing like walking into your home %26 smelling a 5 cat outshouse ! Low tracking has been a joke with all of them %26 don't get me started on the low tracking or lightweight train...
