This product was delivered overheated and exploded. I was gauged for shipping price. Its my fault because I did not look at the fine print BUT the shipping was $18.95 for 6 packets of food- 10 oz of product and a $10 item, but you would think that it would be delivered safely instead it was so overheated, the product was oozing out of the sides and I did NOT feed it to my cat

I never received my spot shot. It was going to be sent separately, and I was emailed that it was sent, but never received. However, I was charged—how to correct?

my cat Precious is very finicky so I alternate different treats for him. I give him this every so many days and mainly he looks up the juice and then later he scarves up the rest.

My cat is extremely picky. He mostly wants only tuna-flavored foods and, even then, it has to be chunky, creamy or flakey. He doesn't like pate. He always eats every bite of Sheba Sustainable Tuna.
