This cat toy was advertised as containing "potent catnip," so I ordered it online for my cat. Once I had the cat toy, it didn't smell or feel like it contained any catnip, so I took a little scissors and cut the plush toy open. Maybe 5 pinpoint-size, pepper-like pieces of catnip were inside this toy. I held the toy up to my cat for her to smell. She had no interest in it, even though she does go nutty over catnip when it is actually present. So to me, this is big time false advertising. If you want a real catnip toy for your cat, get a "Yeowww!" brand catnip-stuffed banana. We have 3 cats, and they all go nuts for this banana. I ordered the little plush mouse toy because I wanted a small catnip toy that I could toss to my cat to play with her. Unfortunately, this Smarty Cat Skitter Slices toy does not really contain the kind of catnip they advertise, so I advise you to look elsewhere for a toy that really contains catnip.

This is a useless piece of junk. Has ZERO smell of catnip...cat looked at it and walked right by 1 Walmart should be ashamed to sell something this useless.

My cat loves her new toy. I wasn't sure hiw she would take to it and at firat she kinda ignored it. But when she did start playing with it she seemed to have a lot of fun. Highly recommend.

my cats and kittens both love these mice. once a month i buy a few.( only because the hide them and forget where they are) They both bat them and pick them up ans carry them. thebprice is nice too. for extra fun i dip them in cat nip.

My cat Cody when I gave him the mouse, i put it down on the floor…he first sniffed the mouse then wacked it away with his paw. The toy went under some furniture and I never saw him playing with it again. If the toy is supposed to have catnip perhaps while the toy sat on the shelves at the store who knows how long… the scent of catnip dissipated… which made the cat disinterested. You always show a pretty picture of a red mouse with dots… we got pale yucky yellow, baby blue yucky color mouse. Obviously aside from not enough cat nip for Cody he was disinterested in the colors you gave me as well…the red mouse with dots was never available. Do only the red with dots mouse.. so they can see it…. More catnip inside the mouse. This mouse has no catnip inside maybe a spray on scent? I didn't smell any catnip. And do not substitute… what you advertise.. that is what people see then purchase… then they are disappointed in the end. You need to update your on line purchasing inventory software…

the smartkat cat toy is about 1 1/2in long about 1/2 inch high ,too small for cat, may be alright for a tiny kitten, also a chocking hazzard if you have small dogs. it is made well. i would not recommend for a full size cat. the picture showed a much larger toy. i will not order it again.
